Enhance Rehabilitation in Belvidere, Illinois is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of an occupational therapist to deliver patient-specific treatments and help clients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

You will collaborate with therapists and facility staff, document progress after each visit, and operate standard OT equipment in a supportive, team-focused environment. This full-time role includes a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment
