Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and set functional goals while collaborating with facility staff to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include patient education, progress re-evaluations, and timely documentation. You will also supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to maintain treatment standards and outcomes.
