FutureCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to help residents manage pain, restore movement, and improve muscle function with empathetic, patient-centered care. This hands-on role emphasizes strong communication with residents and families.
In a long‑term/sub‑acute setting, you will document progress, collaborate with the Physical Therapist, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while supporting residents and teams across shifts.

Salary range: $33.25–$44.11 per hour.
