FutureCare is seeking a Physical Therapist in Annapolis, MD to evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans, and document progress. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and an active Maryland license or eligibility, with preferred 1 year of long-term care experience.
You will work with nursing staff and families to maximize residents’ functional abilities. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
