ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team in Costa Mesa, CA. Hourly pay ranges $30-$36 based on experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

You will assist therapists, implement treatments, document progress, and educate patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Follow Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
• Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Qualifications:
