Memorial Home Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Full Time position in Springfield, IL. You will deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, following standard policies and protocols.

The role requires a two-year CPTA program, Illinois licensure or license pending, CPR certification, and preference for prior experience. Sign-on bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package are included.
