Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services to patients of all ages under the supervision of a physical therapist. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy treatment to patients of all ages under the direction and supervision of physical therapist. All procedures are carried out in accordance with established standards, policies, protocols and guidelines. This position requires a two year approved schooling for Certified Physical Therapist Assistant. Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois and without previous disciplinary action in Illinois or another state.
