Job summary

Springfield Memorial is seeking a dynamic physical therapist to join our inpatient team. You will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of impairments, working closely with physician partners to plan and implement a comprehensive treatment program. Qualified candidates hold a Physical Therapy degree and an Illinois license (or ATT).

A CPR certification is required. This full-time role offers a generous sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth within our clinical ladder

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• PT license in the State of Illinois, or license pending with an ATT from the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT).
• CPR certification is required.
• Illinois eligible or licensed Physical Therapist; no disciplinary action in Illinois or any other state.

In this role you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a wide variety of impairments, working collaboratively with our physician partners, and advancing your skill set with our clinical ladder program. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care to patients of all ages through the proper utilization of evaluation, planning and implementation of a treatment plan in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or entry level equivalent is required. Must be Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois and without previous disciplinary action in Illinois or any other state. Current CPR card.
