Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role at a 400-bed nonprofit hospital in Texas. The position emphasizes patient-centered care in an acute rehab setting, with a focus on 1:1 patient interactions and collaboration with OT, SLP, and nursing teams.

The ideal candidate will be licensed (NPTE) or eligible before employment begins, with a background in acute inpatient rehab and neurodiagnoses.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist (NPTE) or eligible before employment begins.
• Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy in inpatient acute rehab.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Commitment to 1:1 patient care and evidence-based practice.
