Nealy Pierce is partnering with a 220+ bed nonprofit medical center in Abilene, TX to recruit a Physical Therapist for acute care. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, education of patients about their bodies, and a servant-leader approach to therapy.

The ideal candidate holds an NPTE license, is passionate about acute care, and is open to new grads or experienced therapists. Full-time, 5-8s schedule with weekend rotation; relocation assistance and loan forgiveness offered.

About the Hospital:

• 220+ bed medical center
• Nonprofit - Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program Eligible
• Join a collaborative team of 35+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs across multiple settings

Schedule:

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8 to 5pm
  • 1in4 Weekend Rotation

About the Position:

Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.
