Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a Physical Therapist committed to compassionate, patient-centered care in an acute inpatient setting. The role emphasizes one-on-one treatment and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will join a 400-bed nonprofit hospital and participate in a robust mentorship program for new grads. The ideal candidate has a PT degree and license, with a passion for acute rehab and a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PT (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins.
• Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1.
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute inpatient rehab.
• Engage in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Work across diverse caseload including ICU, Stroke, Ortho, Med/Surg, Trauma, Same-day, Women & Children.
