Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is staffing a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist in the Fort Worth, TX area. The role focuses on a diverse caseload across ICU, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, Oncology and Med/Surg, with attention to education and patient-centered care.

The position offers a mentoring onboarding program, understanding of documentation needs, and a 5‑8 schedule with weekends 1 in 4. Join a collaborative team and contribute to high-quality inpatient therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with active NPTE licensure.
• Passion for Acute Care and one-on-one patient care.
• Open to new grads or experienced therapists.
• Experience in Acute Care setting preferred.
• Collaborative, team-building personality.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about injury/condition and what to expect during treatment.
• Prioritize patient education as part of recovery and discharge planning.

About the Hospital:

• 350+ bed Trauma Center
• Join a collaborative team of over 20 PTs, OTs, and SLPs in acute care, plus more in other settings

Schedule:

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • 1in4 Weekend Rotation

About the Position:
