Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, in-person role at a 400+ bed nonprofit hospital in Austin, TX. You will provide 1:1 care across acute rehab units with a team of PTs, OT s, and SLPs, and participate in a rotating monthly schedule.

We offer a structured mentorship program, a regular 8–5 schedule with 1 in 4 weekend rotations, relocation assistance, tax-free loan forgiveness of $5,000 annually, and full benefits including medical, dental, and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins
• Experience in Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and 1:1 patient treatment is preferred

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins
• Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
