Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an acute care hospital in Texas. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, patient education, and a collaborative, servant-leader approach to caring for diverse cases across ICU, Neuro, Cardiac, and Med/Surg units.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute care.
• Educate patients about treatment and expectations after discharge.
• Collaborate with PTs, OT, and SLP teams.
• Participate in staff education and patient safety initiatives.

About the Hospital:

• 250+ bed Trauma Center
• Join a collaborative team of 20+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs in acute care, plus more in other settings

Schedule:

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8's
  • 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • 1in4 Weekend Rotation

About the Position:
