Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) for a full-time acute care position at a 250+ bed Trauma Center in Louisiana. The role emphasizes patient education, 1:1 care, and a collaborative, servant-leader approach.

You will join a team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs, with a structured mentorship, a 5-8 hour schedule (5-8's), and a 1-in-4 weekend rotation. Relocation assistance is available and benefits include medical, dental, 401k match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Passion for Acute Care and desire to treat 1:1.
• Open to New Grads or Experienced Therapists.
• Experience in the Acute Care setting is preferred.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment plans and expected outcomes.
• Provide 1:1 physical therapy in acute care settings.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient care.
