Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed PT. This full-time role includes following treatment plans, charting, and coordinating with patients and families in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications include ASPT program graduate, active state license, CPR certification, and a preference for 1 year of experience. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT).
• Current state license in good standing and active throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and maintained.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of the PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely; utilize therapy software.
• Liaise with patients, families, and other departments to plan for patient needs.
• Demonstrate professional conduct, patient rights, and confidentiality.
