Job Description

We offer diverse services including Back Pain, Concussion, Vestibular/Vertigo, Dry Needling, Foot and Ankle, Geriatrics, Head, Neck, and Facial Pain, Health and Fitness, Industrial Rehabilitation, Local School Sports, and Manual Therapy. Our strong patient base highlights our reputation for personalized healthcare.

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine treatment needs.
• Provide direct patient care following protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions.
• Oversee care provided by assistants and technicians.
• Create written plans of care, set goals, and develop programs to achieve them.
• Implement physical therapy treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Ensure timely documentation including notes, reports, evaluations, and summaries.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Virginia license or ability to obtain it, along with CPR certification.
• Experience in outpatient balance and vestibular rehab treatment planning.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Basic PC skills, including EMR systems, databases, and MS Office.
