Position Overview

Located at Harrisonburg Health & Rehabilitation Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia, we seek a caring, licensed Physical Therapist or a graduate actively pursuing licensure. Join our team dedicated to helping patients regain their strengths, skills, independence, and confidence to return home and enjoy active lives. Our state-of-the-art rehab gym supports a team of compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans
  • Obtain physician approval for services
  • Treat residents according to treatment plans
  • Participate in discharge planning
  • Record evaluations, treatments, and charges
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
  • Screen residents for PT intervention benefits
Requirements
