Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life in Montgomery County, PA is now hiring a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our collaborative therapy team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities to support resident mobility and quality of life.

You will provide skilled PT services, perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support long- and short-term rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by APTA.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing required.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents throughout the facility.
• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Provide skilled interventions and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Participate in resident assessments and care plan development.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
