Horsham Center for Jewish Life in Montgomery County, PA, is actively seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our collaborative therapy team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities to help residents improve mobility and quality of life.
As a valued PT, you will perform skilled therapy services, conduct physician-ordered evaluations, and develop individualized plans while collaborating with nursing and other disciplines.

Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents throughout the facility
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders
Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals
Provide skilled interventions and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated
Participate in resident assessments and care plan development
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by APTA
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Current Physical Therapist license in good standing required
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities
