Job summary

The Horsham Center for Jewish Life in North Wales, PA is seeking FT or PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide patient treatments under a PT, document progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.

• Document their treatments and follow up with interdisciplinary team members for best practice.

• Physical Therapy Assistant will monitor their treatments as indicated by the physician orders.

• Participate in implementation of resident care plans.

• Will work with interdisciplinary team to improve residents quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.

Education/Experience

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist Assistant.
