Job summary

AdviniaCare Newburyport is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' physical function, safety, and independence, in collaboration with therapists and care staff.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, adjusting plans as needed, educating families on exercises, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
