Job summary

AdviniaCare at Vinnin Square in Salem, MA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to help residents achieve the highest possible physical function and independence.

You will collaborate with rehabilitation colleagues, educate residents and families on exercises, and document progress. A valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts is required.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts physical therapy license or eligibility.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
