Job summary

AdviniaCare in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will work with residents to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will assess needs, educate residents and families on exercises, and monitor progress while collaborating with colleagues to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist credential required.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
