Blue Stone Therapy in Mitchell, SD is hiring a Physical Therapist for a new outpatient clinic opening October 2026. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional performance.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Contribute to the growth and success of a new outpatient therapy program through teamwork and patient-centered service.

What You’ll Do
