Blue Stone Therapy in Mitchell, SD is opening a brand-new outpatient therapy clinic in October 2026 and seeking a PTA to deliver patient-centered care under supervision. You’ll help shape workflows and the patient experience from day one in a growing program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure in South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional performance.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment response to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional performance
• Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment response to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Complete timely documentation
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered outpatient experience

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota
