Physical Therapist (PT) - Sioux Falls, SD

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Dow Rummel in Sioux Falls, SD.

This role focuses on evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post‑acute rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist is responsible for patient assessments, care plan development, and implementation of treatment programs designed to improve gait, balance, mobility, strength, range of motion, pain management, and overall functional independence.

This position will serve multiple partner communities, including other communities in the Sioux Falls area, with travel between locations as needed.
