Blue Stone Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our new outpatient clinic in Mitchell, SD. Join a brand-new program and help shape workflows and patient experience from day one.

You will provide treatments under a PT, assist with mobility and strength goals, educate patients, and document progress while contributing to a collaborative team. Flexible part-time schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current South Dakota PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional performance.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment response to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs.
• Complete timely documentation.
• Contribute to a positive outpatient experience.

What You’ll Do

Minimum Qualifications
