Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program

- Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Evaluate, review, and screen patients’/residents’ medical charts, conduct evaluations under physician order, and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

- Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and educate team members about the plan of care, providing supervision for PTAs as needed.

- Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations, as well as conduct staff/family training and education when appropriate.

- Opportunity to work at multiple centers, serving a wide variety of patient needs.
