CommuniCare Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN) at Charleston Healthcare Center to evaluate residents, develop personalized care plans, and deliver therapy services. The PT will educate team members and supervise PTAs as needed, contributing to high-quality rehab across our facilities.
