CommuniCare Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) for Morgantown Healthcare Center in Morgantown, WV. You will evaluate residents, develop and implement treatment plans, and lead education for the rehab team to improve quality of life for our residents.
Qualified candidates hold a Physical Therapy degree and a valid or pending State license; the role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work across multiple CommuniCare centers, enhancing care continuity.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program. Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License
