Job summary

Wyndhurst Health & Rehabilitation in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid PT license for state practice.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC familiarity is a plus).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess rehabilitation potential.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient progress in PCC EMR.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.
