Fairmont Crossing Health and Rehab Center in Amherst, VA, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care, assessments, and rehabilitation planning. You will collaborate with a diverse care team to deliver evidence-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
