Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health services in Kenedy, Texas. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and help them regain mobility and independence in their homes.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, starting pay of $45 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in the State of Texas.
• One year of home health experience preferred; all qualified applicants will be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• Strong communication, patient-care, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
