Confluent Health, LLC and its affiliated brands are seeking a Physical Therapist in Hayward, WI to provide 1-to-1 patient care, evaluate patients, and develop individualized plans of care in a high-quality environment.

This full-time position offers a compensation range of $75,000–$110,000 plus productivity incentives, with additional opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development are included.

About
