Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide 1-to-1, hands-on treatment with a strong emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centered care to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Eligible candidates may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus and/or student loan repayment, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with a 4% employer match, generous PTO,

Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
