Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin (or eligible) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and provide hands-on treatment with ongoing progress monitoring.

The role offers a $75,000–$100,000 annual compensation, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, strong mentorship, and opportunities for professional development within a growing network of affiliated brands.
