Job summary

Confluent Health in Hayward, Wisconsin is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our patient-centered care team. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans of care, and deliver hands-on therapy in a supportive, mentorship-focused environment.

About Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
