• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• CPR Certification.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC experience helpful, not required).

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations and rehabilitation potential.
