Job summary

Williamsburg-Post-Acute- is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care and comprehensive PT assessments for referred patients in a dynamic healthcare setting.

The role requires an accredited PT degree, an active state license, and CPR certification. Experience with PCC EMR is preferred, and we value teamwork, growth, and ongoing professional development within an inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.

• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.

• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).

• CPR Certification.
