Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join Riverside Village and Elkhart Meadows. You will deliver skilled physical therapy services to residents in ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in line with professional standards and facility policies.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, coordinating discharge planning, supervising PTAs, and contributing to case management while ensuring regulatory compliance and compassionate

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
