Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist at Rosewalk Village Indy / Community Nursing & Rehab to provide skilled PT services in accordance with best practices and center policies.

You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, contribute to case management, and coordinate discharge planning while following state regulations. This role offers flexible shifts and a rewarding environment serving senior residents.

PRN Physical Therapist Opportunity at Rosewalk Village Indy / Community Nursing & Rehab The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
