American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy at Riverside Village and Elkhart Meadows. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, contribute to case management, and maintain positive interactions with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy services
