Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role at Danville Regional Rehabilitation in Danville, IN. The position requires 40 hours per week and focuses on delivering skilled physical therapy across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and contribute to case management while ensuring state regulations are followed. Strong patient interaction with senior residents is essential.

The Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.
