Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Rosewalk Village Indianapolis to provide weekend coverage. The role focuses on delivering skilled physical therapy to senior residents, evaluating patients, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team.

You will supervise PTAs, contribute to case management, and ensure compliance with Indiana state regulations while maintaining positive patient and staff relationships within the ASC Therapies & Wellness

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must meet state licensure requirements in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA).

This position is Weekend Coverage

Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy services
