Job summary

The Seymour Crossing site is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and plan rehabilitation for senior residents across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You’ll work closely with licensed therapists and center staff to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, supervising PTAs, contributing to case management, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. A Master's degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required or preferred.
• Experience in physical therapy settings is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of patient care and therapy planning.
