Job summary

American Senior Communities' Rosewalk Village in Indianapolis is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend coverage to deliver skilled therapy services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, contribute to case management, and ensure compliance with Indiana state regulations while collaborating with experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Masters in Physical Therapy or higher, active license to practice in Indiana.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Indiana.
• Weekend PRN coverage is preferred.

Responsibilities

This position is Weekend Coverage

Physical Therapist implements skilled physical therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within the policies and procedures.

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care

• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy services
