Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Colorado. This full-time role offers collaboration with an interdisciplinary group to deliver patient-centered PT services to our residents in a post-acute setting.

You will assess, plan, and implement therapy programs, document progress, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused environment with opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs like Casamba and Point Click Care.

Successful Candidate:

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
