Job summary

Tygart Valley Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to assess patients, provide direct care, and collaborate with a supportive team. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, documentation excellence, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC experience not required).
• CPR Certification.
