Job summary

Ascension Seton Northwest in Austin, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist for Acute Care Rehabilitation to provide comprehensive patient care and coordinate therapy plans. The role involves initial and ongoing assessments, establishing and updating a plan of care with patient/family involvement, and performing therapy interventions as appropriate for patient condition.

You will oversee PT assistants and students; requires a Bachelor's degree with a Master’s or Doctorate preferred; current BLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating care and supervising support staff is desirable.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
